We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is very comfortable and convenient, with a good parking spot available. The kitchen had everything we needed, even little extras like spices and salt, which made cooking so easy. Having two bathrooms and a washing machine was a big plus for us as well. Overall, it felt like a home away from home, and we would happily stay here again.

The only downside was that the floor wasn’t as clean as we expected.

Nice apartment, easy access parking, good location. In-unit washer/drier, desk workspace in one of the bedrooms. Decent kitchenette, though most of the plates and glasses were dirty.

Management was extremely scammy and unreliable for this and a related apartment. The location on the map is *not* the location of the apartment, but rather the location of their office – the unit itself is up on 7th & Santa Monica Blvd. Following our stay, we received a message promising a "$300 credit to any of our properties in CA and FL" for leaving a good review. Left a good review, highlighting the benefits listed above, but management then denied that they could see the review, and stopped responding to Booking messages. Called the management number, who claimed he was the owner of the property (though when I spoke to him previously about early check-in, he had claimed to work for management), and insisted that I send messages via Booking.com – which I had done, but which were not responded to. The unit itself is fine, but I would beware of this management company and their properties.
