2 Santa Monica Beach Walking

Exceptional property! It is so clean, spacious, well stocked, given clear instructions to enter. Lovely safe area walking distance of cafes, shops, the beach. The beds are so comfortable too! I highly recommend.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und hatte eine gute Lage. Alles war vorhanden was man benötigt.

Lediglich der Ausblick auf die hinter liegende Straße. Hier lag im Müllhaus der ganze Müll rum, wobei hierfür der Vermieter nichts kam.

Comfortable, easy access, and plenty of convenience to the neighborhood all around, though the alley behind the building has some sketchy characters. Great kitchen as well; in-unit washer/drier and reserved parking spot.

Floors were quite dirty. ***The location on the map is *not* the location of the apartment, but rather the location of their office – the unit itself is up on 7th & Santa Monica Blvd.** When confronted about the false location listed on Booking.com, management did not provide a satisfactory explanation. Following our stay, we received a message promising a "$300 credit to any of our properties in CA and FL" for leaving a good review. Left a good review, highlighting the benefits listed above, but management then denied that they could see the review, and stopped responding to messages. Called the phone number, who claimed he was the owner of the property (though when I spoke to him previously about early check-in, he had claimed to work for management), and insisted that I send messages via Booking.com – which I had done, but which were not responded to. The unit itself is fine, but I would beware of this management company and their properties.
