A personal handover and shown the unit was good, good secure parking facilities included, grocery stores around the corner, metro to city close.
easy walk to Santa Monica pier, shopping area and local transport.
Had an issue with the hot water the first day or two, it would take 5 minutes to come hot then go cold after a few minutes, we spoke to host who had it checked out then was hot as soon as we turned on tap, (showers and sinks), kitchen never came hot and had to boil kettle to wash up dishes.
but overall a really nice place to stay, very comfortable and full usable kitchen appliances

The location was great very central and close (walking distance) to all Santa Monica activities, stores and entertainment. Also very near with easy access to key highways for easy routes and quick trips to many attractions and LA. Also building was quite and well maintained.
The apartment was a bite smaller than the pictures indicated.
