Everything. The property is absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained, and even better than expected. The location is perfect, safe, and ideal for discovering Santa Monica and Los Angeles while still feeling calm and private.
The host is exceptional: welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring. She anticipated everything we might need and made sure the house was perfectly equipped so we never had to rush out to buy basic essentials. That level of thoughtfulness made a huge difference and allowed us to fully enjoy our stay from the very first moment.
The overall atmosphere of the place makes you feel instantly comfortable, relaxed, and at home.
Honestly, nothing. There is absolutely nothing negative to mention. Everything was smooth, well-organized, and exceeded our expectations.

Lovely property - very well furnished and clean. In a walkable distance to downtown Santa Monica while also having lots of shops and cafes on the doorstep. A very quiet and lovely neighbourhood.

Beautiful spacious house.
There wasn't the normal oven and hob in the kitchen. There were plug in appliances for those instead. They worked fine but were a little awkward to use.
