Location, spacious, terrace garden, well equipped and bathroom per room.
A bit tired needs redecoration and some basic maintenance on loose taps etc.. Shower heads need cleaning or replacing with water being blocked by limescale. One of the double beds was a fold out bed, which was not comfortable, and made a ridiculous squeaking noise when you moved.

Florence itself was amazing and we loved everything about the apartment. There were even some frescos on the walls! It had real traditional touches but all the modern conveniences. There was a Market only around the corner and plenty restaurants nearby. Only a 10 min stroll to the Duomo. The outdoor patio was lovely it overlooks some neighbours but is actually quite private.
The location was difficult for even the taxis to find along the street. I recommend noting Leonardos at 65 R (a bakery) as it is right next door and an easier landmark to orientate yourself around. They apartment is up one flight of stone stairs so not really suitable for persons with accessibility needs.

L'alloggio è grande ed ha una bella cucina con un terrazzino esterno. Noi diamo stati a ducembre, ma d'estate credo che il terrazzino dia un valore aggiunto. La casa è a 3-4 minuti da Santa Croce. Da lì è tutta una bellissima passeggiata per il ventro di Firenze. Al massimo per Piazza della Signoria saranno 15 minuti.
Il proprietario è molto gentile
Onestamente andrebbe migliorata la pulizia degli ambienti e della cucina.
I bagni sono puliti ed anche le stanze, ma nel resto della casa c'era polvere. Solo per questo non mi sento di dare più di 8
$$$$
