Nicely decorated with nice finishes like a light on the bathroom mirror and a great swan neck sink. Spacious flat with a basic smart TV.
The sheets did not feel clean and me and my partner were itching all over every morning. All the dishes and utensils in the kitchen were covered in a thin layer of grime, and the apartment lacked some basic amenities that caused irritation like kitchen paper, there was no broom or vacuum cleaner, no full length mirror. We were also freezing because the thermostat in the house was not triggering the radiators for some reason and we were helpless because the sheets provided were so goddamn thin. Outside temperature was 10 degrees in May.

Beautiful decor, great amenities. It was Massive, and the location was excellent: a 15-minute slow walk to the Duomo, 7 minutes to the Medici Chapel. 12min walk to the train station. They also stored our luggage after we left for a few hours, that was excellent
Love the bathroom design, but the draining is not the best, the shower and the sink drain slowly

Stylish, felt clean, decent location
Both got lots of mosquito bites, noisy at night so hard to sleep, no toilet roll holder in bathroom or mirror other than in the bathroom
