Beautiful decor, good amenities - it was HUGE and it was 15min slow walk to duomo, 8min to medici chapel. 12min walk to train station. 2 min from carrefour.

The flats are big and with historical style that was kept even after the renovation
The flats are correctly isolated so no rumors was experienced whatsoever so ever. The building is quite and the area very safe

The amenities, everything you could possibly need is provided in the apartment
The staff is very rude, the instructions to get to the room is very difficult to follow, the staff was not helpful at all, she even shouted at us when we asked her again to explain the instruction.
The instructions lack some pictures and a map showing the location of the door, for instance.
We even asked her politely for the best place to park the car, and she replied, "You can park in the hotel for 40 euros.. otherwise, look for another options yourself "
