The location was perfect for sight seeing with the family. The space was big and comfortable for our family. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and plenty of plates and cups. The closet space was perfect.
There was no daily cleaning. The toilet needed to be flushed twice in order to stop running. The shower barely had any water pressure. We have a toddler so it was a hazard that the front door opens from the inside regardless if it's locked.

Loved the layout of the apartment
And the kitchen was a wonderful addition
They only supplied one bath towel per person for a whole week. No dishcloths so couldn’t clean up the kitchen. Also there was no soap for the dishwasher.
The sofa bed was not comfortable needs a new mattress

This was my 4th time at Carapelli apartments and I appreciate its location, all conveniences, easy check in. The apartment was spacious, well furnished and equipped with all necessities, windows - noise proof, everything was functional (I stayed in winter and heating worked very well), staff was very responsive to all questions and requests.
The light window curtains need to be washed or replaced, they were really dusty, stained and torn. Really disappointing in a nice apartment like that.

Location was great. Very walkable to lots of the squares.
I was informed a few days before my stay the grotto hot tub was not working. This was a big reason why I rented this place. Never got a reply when I inquired if it would be fixed by the time of our stay. I was hoping to get some sort of refund because I was not able to use it! So disappointed!! It was so pretty too and would have felt amazing after a long day walking around!
There were also over 20 air fresheners throughout this apartment. Anyone with a sensitive nose would not have been able to stay. No idea what smell they were trying to cover up but it was so weird. There was nothing inviting at all about the terrace area.
Finally the second "bedroom" is a pull out couch - not an actual bed! They really should just put a regular bed in that bedroom. Extremely uncomfortable!!!!
