The building and grounds are beautiful and parking was easy.
The rooms felt run down—leaky faucets, ac didn’t work, refrigerator didn’t work.

Beautiful and luxurious hotel in the heart of Avignon. The hotel is large, elegant, and has a real sense of allure, making your stay feel special right from the moment you arrive.
A big advantage is the hotel’s private, gated parking area. It feels very safe and convenient if you are traveling by car. The cost is €18 per day, which is reasonable for such a central location.
The parking can be difficult to find, as the address is not listed online and there is little signage. The correct address to reach the hotel parking is 13 Rue Saint Charles, Avignon. It’s best to enter this address in your navigation beforehand.

Location. Confortable bed.
Only one Electric Socket in room. Difficult to usé bath/shower, its glass screen was at the far end from shower head. Toilet was located other side of fire door which was noisey to open. The breakfast staff didnt restock the croissants. When asked it took another 25mins to bake them. Staff wouldnt provide an omelet only scrambled eggs. Plates not collected from tables. No bakebeans, just an empty container. Soggy greasy hash brown. For us the Worst hotel breakfast.
