The location is perfect - in the square of the Palais de Papes. Our room was large and overlooked the square and the Palais. It was perfectly clean and the bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was good and we enjoyed a fabulous dinner in the restaurant. A special thanks to the lovely young woman on reception in the afternoon and evening. She was especially helpful. Definitely recommend!
No complaints at all. Just a hint… park in the underground parking called Palais Des Papes. (Google maps will get you there - do not put in the hotel). Try to park on the 1st or 2nd level and go up the stairs with the sign “Mercure Hotel Palais Des Papes”. It comes out right in front of the hotel. Incredibly convenient!

Everything was wonderful! Lovley girls working in the reception:) helpful with everything! Great location, lovley room!
Maybe the breakfast could have been a little bit more fun...also would have been nice that we could have been allowed to sit at the nice/any off the table in the restaurant not just at one specific table by the breakfast buffé. Otherwise everything was lovely.
