Breakfast was really good and the location was excellent. Close to Villeneuve and a short bus ride into Avignon. Staff interaction was excellent with nothing too much trouble.
The first room we were allocated had a shower above the bath, which for a couple in their 70’s wasn’t practical. However once pointed out to the receptionist we were given a much nicer room.

Loved the gardens, the pool, location and some of the staff. Has all the airs and grace of a 4* but superficial. Restaurant had good quality food, but limited menu.
Barely holding its 4* status in my opinion. The rooms were dilapidated with a couple of lights not working. No fridge nor coffee & tea in the room, or even daily water, so we'll below 4*. Old school hand shower etc. Hotel staff quite hard to find, and a bit dismissive. There was one staff member who was very helpful though.
