Wall-to-wall windows frame the living space and offer expansive ocean vistas. Enjoy the warmth from the fireplace and watch a movie on the TV with a DVD player. Promising hours of fun, the garage doubles as a game room with a ping-pong table and pop-a-shot basketball.
The well-equipped kitchen features updated appliances, including a double oven. Enjoy home-cooked meals together at the antique dining table set.
Sweet dreams await in the two bedrooms with the primary suite showcasing ocean views. A comfy sofa bed is topped with a memory foam mattress, and a bonus room provides additional sleeping space.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Love the view and direct access to the beach! We found the house to be homey and comfortable and appreciated that things in the house and cupboards are clearly labeled. There is plenty of seating, comfortable beds and the property was very quiet and peaceful.

We come back every year we absolutely love the fenced yard and it’s right on a less busy beach also near good food in Yachats and Newport.

We've stayed here several times. Not fancy but it works. However, this trip had a couple of issues.
Also note; one of the beds sits very high.
Pet stains on the master bedroom carpet. This IS a dog friendly house but usually those stains are treated.
The bed sheets were pilly and rough.
Most importantly, the chain link fence on the north side is deteriorating and there are holes that are big enough for least a medium sized dog to get through. We almost lost our pup. Don't let the shrubbery covering the fence fool you.
Hopefully they can fix these soon
