This vacation home offers ocean views and a secret hideaway in the 'tower' - a spot that's just perfect for kids to play (or if a parent wants a private reading space!). From the living room's large picture windows, guests will have a view of the waves rolling in. The outdoor deck (where the private gas grill is stored) is an ideal place to enjoy the breeze and the fresh ocean air.
There is a path to the beach two blocks from the house! Once out on the sand, you can stroll along the 10-mile stretch of beach admiring the rolling waves. Walk along the beach for a few minutes to the Surfside Restaurant (one mile away by car) for some fish tacos or stuffed French toast. Wander the galleries or stop by the Waterfront Depot for their famous crab-crusted halibut (just over six miles by car). Seeking adventures while on vacation? Visit the Siuslaw River with your fishing gear six miles away, or head out to the ocean for some deep-sea fishing - there are charters that leave daily right from the coast at Florence and Coos Bay. A short 27 miles drive south is the Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, where guests can observe the ATVs and dune buggies navigate the sand.

Security camera details: This home has an exterior camera mounted on the shed that faces the front door and driveway. It is used only when the house is vacant and turned off on check-in day.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This house was very unique and we loved it. The hot tub was great and the views were amazing also. The master bedroom king bed was sooooooo comfy. The room next to it the bed was a little squeaky. Kitchen was well stocked. I would suggest getting dish sponges unless I just couldn’t find them. And maybe all purpose cleaner for the guests to use. It was nice to have the toiletries in the bathroom like shampoo and soaps. I would also suggest getting screens for the windows downstairs. We loved the front gate, even though it’s not fenced in the property is very private and the yard seemed fenced with all the bushes and we appreciated that for the dog. Overall it was a great trip and we would recommend!

There was no water to the only shower/bath on the property. Four days without a shower, not ideal.

we love this home so much! Very precious. There is a rug in the game room/ master bedroom that definitely has animal pee in it and needs replaced.(we just rolled it up and stuck it in a closet during our stay) but other than that, it’s such a wonderful stay and so sweet!

We loved the hot tub. We loved the view. We all slept well so good beds but one was very squeaky and I noticed a review from 5 years ago about a squeaky bed so no follow through. Old smelly rugs. Cobwebs above bed. Semi-equipped kitchen. So much potential. Hope it gets cleaned up.
