You'll be in a convenient location, just off Highway 101 and right on the beach. Central Yachats is a little over a mile south.
The interior is fun and contemporary and offers a wood stove, stereo, Dish TV, VHS library, and free WiFi. There's a long deck that runs the length of the house off the living room.
The kitchen is bright and well equipped. It has standard appliances, including a dishwasher, purple countertops, and light wood cabinets. The breakfast bar seats three, and the dining table seats six. There's also a gas grill for your use.
This two-bedroom, two-bath home sleeps up to six guests. Two dogs are also welcome. The master bedroom has a queen bed, comfortable couches and chairs, large windows, deck access, and a full bath with a large jetted tub and standalone shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and there's a queen-size futon for an additional sleeping option. There's also a full laundry room with a washer and dryer, utility sink, and counter space.
Keep a close eye out for high tide, and enjoy the water from the balcony. And when it recedes, wander down to the beach and access the historic 804 Trail for a hike into town to do a little shopping and dining. The Yachats Farmers Market happens seasonally on Sundays and offers produce, art booths, and music.
Cape Perpetua is four miles south where you'll find Thor's Well, Cooks Chasm, and Devils Churn. The Oregon Coast Aquarium and the Yaquina Head and Yaquina Bay lighthouses in Newport are 22 miles north.

Nice home with a great deck and view. The front door lock is a mess It unlocked to get us in and that was it. Rest of the time we used the laundry room door with the key we found in the information box. The kitchen was great because it was so well equipped. We cooked in for dinner several times and it was great. The blinds on the deck door need replaced. They came apart constantly because the mechanism to close open and adjust is gone. The window screen on the corner window by the table is gone. The screen on the side window is breaking. The patio door needs a sliding screen so it can be opened to let the breeze in. Otherwise the flys take over. Please replace the rusty soap holders in the master bath. The fan in the master bedroom can’t be used because the light globe is about to fall off and it’s make a constant rattling noise. There is a whole in the dry wall near the bottom by the window in the master bedroom. A couple of the deck chairs are brokenI would definitely come bask because the view is so great. A little time and effort fixed the broken stuff would really enhance the experience. It was great staying in a place that at one time was obviously someone’s home and pride. And joy. The decorations made you fell at home Call me if you have any questions.

It was fantastic to be able to just walk off the property onto the beach. Loved that the washer and dryer were available and large capacity. With four kids, it was nice to get the laundry tidied up with just two loads.

The views were incredible! Beds comfortable. House needs a little updating otherwise a very comfy home. The perfect getaway for a family! The little ones will love this place, the beach is just a few steps away, with miles of shoreline to play and explore. Tidepools only a short walk too. This is a very friendly neighborhood, the locals could not have been nicer, we really enjoyed getting to know them, as will you. Most willing to help in any way, or answer any questions you may have about where to go, what to see, and where to eat.
We had a marvelous time here, and highly recommend this as your beach destination, you won't be sorry.
