On a secluded beach just south of Yachats you will find Secluded Searose, a charming cottage with ocean views. The two story cottage is an idyllic retreat for your beach holiday. This is a perfect destination for a romantic getaway but is also a lovely choice for up to 6 guests. Secluded Searose is beautifully appointed, and you'll enjoy the sights and sounds of the fresh sea air.
This home is full of comfort and solitude whether sitting on the sofa and watching the ocean waves or snuggling up in the loft in one of the comfy chairs and reading a good book, you will not want to leave! There is a bedroom on the main level with a Queen bed and a bedroom/sitting room up in the loft with a King bed and a Queen futon. The loft has a desk where you can work (if you dare!) and watch the ocean and be inspired by mother nature! There is a washer and dryer, free wifi, and a streaming TV with a DVD player are all available to you.
The outdoor seating on the ocean facing deck is a perfect spot to watch the sun dip into the ocean as you grill up something wonderful that you picked up at the market. When surf and sand beckon, you have easy access to the beach from nearby 10 Mile Creek or Stonefield Beach, where you can spend hours searching for agates! Secluded Searose is in the perfect location for you to enjoy hiking, visiting Sea Lion Caves and Heceta Head Lighthouse or just spending time in the cute artsy town of Yachats. You'll love this home and the beautiful, secluded beach it sits on! (onsite beach access temporally closed for repairs)

Overall this place was very cozy, suited us well, and was close enough to beach access (ten minute walk) while the closest pathway was being closed for repair. Close to Yachats town center (we love the little town), viewpoints, landmarks, and trails. Check-in was easy with the code and our house was ready a couple hours before our scheduled check-in time. That was nice though we weren't there early enough to enjoy the shift. The kitchen was well equipped with pots/pans to cook enough for 4 people and was not equipped with things like foil, spices (other than S&P), or coffee/teas, so you'll need to bring your own. We ran into one of the owners who lives on the property, she was kind and gave recommendations for beaches best to take our dogs, and let us know to come contact her if we needed anything for the house/dogs. The beds were cozy! The bedroom downstairs was HEAVILY fragranced with detergent, which was hard to get comfortable in, leaving the window open all night helped, but something to be mindful about in the future. Lovely stay, would stay here again. I recommend booking directly with them to avoid other fees!
