Great location near train station. Apartment was Clean. Only issue was the drains in the showers didn’t drain well and there was no hand soap in any of the bathrooms.

It is a nice apartment and clean. Walking distance from La Spezia Centrale Train Station (about 8-10 min) which is very convenient, AC in each room, full equipped kitchen. Very quiet neighborhood.

The property manager was very nice and the apartment was very nice. The location was great. The drains in the showers were both clogged so your shower had to be super quick of the water would overflow the basin onto the floor. No dish towels. Got one dishwasher tablet and one washer tablet. No clothes pins to hang laundry. Overall very good a few adjustments could be b great.
