The room was perfect for myself a solo traveller, it was nice to have space during my travels, close to the train station, a short stroll from the towns centre.
The room was clean and the staff were very helpful

The apartment was located very close to La Spezia Centrale. It had everything for our family of 4. Very neat and clean, modern. The host was also very responsive and polite. This was a perfect place to stay and cover Cinque Terre. Apartment also had all the anemities as mentioned with extra goodies on arrival. We loved this place for our 2 day stay.
Only thing if I had to pick something would be small shower stall. It was small but looking at all the other things this is not a big deal.
