The apartment had a balcony and was spacious. Reasonably close to the main train station. Kitchen has all the you need. Access to the property was easy.
There are no English speaking channels at all, not even BBC news, CNN news. Very noisy on Friday and Saturday from places close by.

Well appointed apartment in great location. Owner left lots of little items to make us feel like home. We were greeted at the door and were given some tips of things to do during our stay he was very welcoming. Fully recommend.

The location and the friendly staff.
The furniture feels quite dated and could benefit from some maintenance or updating. There was no soap in the bathroom, just a few single-use shampoo packets.

We chose the appartment with a balcony. The apartment was spacious, with a roomy hall that featured a dining table. The bed was quite comfortable. The location was great, with many restaurants and shops right nearby, and just a few minutes' walk to the harbor. Additionally, La Spezia proved to be an excellent base for exploring the Cinque Terre National Park.
The kitchen was not fully equipped for a comfortable stay: the frying pan was very old and worn out, there were no paper towels, and all the cleaning supplies, like the dishwashing sponge, were old and needed to be replaced.
