Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht so nah vorhanden. Am Wasser kann man nicht sehr lang spazieren, es ist nur ein kurzer Abschnitt.

The place is spacious and has amazing views. Having a dedicated parking spot is awesome which can be rather difficult.
Ideal for people traveling by car.
I believe there is a bus stop very close because I saw people walking with rolling suitcases along the main road with zero shoulders but I cannot confirm that since I am traveling by car.
First, the check-in process using an app was a nightmare. Inputting all the information for each guest was a real pain. Second the property owner purposely has the address pinned to an incorrect location. I even went so far as to correct it on Google maps and it was quickly changed back to an incorrect location.
In our bedroom there were many lamps but the were mostly there for decoration as they were not plugged into outlets, and we were not able to find any.
Walking from here felt very unsafe because you are walking along a very busy road with zero shoulders.

If you have mobility issues, this place can be a challenge. Lots of steps.
Very limited dining options so we opted to drive back to La Spezia.
