The view.
Mold on walls and moldy odor in room.
If it says Breakfast Not Included- you expect that there is AN OPTION for breakfast which you can pay for. If there is no breakfast at all it should say Breakfast NOT AVAILABLE . There isn’t any option there to go out and get something to eat- you are at the end of a VERY winding dark road.
Neglected apartment (as seen in torn wall paper in clothes closet, clogged shower head).
Dark unlit stairs leading from bedroom to bathroom (very dangerous at nighttime visits to bathroom).
Utensils (including dishes, glasses) were lacking. No wine glasses! In Italy?!
There is an oven. Except you can’t open it, because the oven door gets stuck by the wall next to it.
We left a day early because we were so uncomfortable and disappointed. Totally over priced.
