Located in the heart of Corona del Mar village, short walk to many restaurants, shops and bars. This front cottage has a large outdoor patio and front porch with a natural gas Weber BBQ. Perfect for outdoor dining. Open and spacious living area with a natural gas fireplace to cozy up and read a book on a chilly night. The kitchen is very large and fully stocked with all the appliances and tools you will need to cook gourmet meals.
There is also a separate 1 bedroom studio behind Casa del Mar available that sleeps 2 **See VRBO listing # 739255. And a large 1 bedroom apartment above Studio del Mar that sleeps 4. **See VRBO listing #832650

This cottage was perfect for our holiday getaway. It was festively decorated for the season and was so clean, warm & welcoming we felt right at home. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely and we felt very safe in the community at large.
The cottage is perfectly located for short walks to wonderful coffee shops, restaurants and the beach!
We would definitely choose to stay again when in the Newport Beach area.
Colleen was very communicative and provided everything we needed to enjoy our stay.

This is the cutest cottage ever! The host has it fully stocked and you will require nothing. So cozy sitting by the fire in the comfy chairs. Colleen was very communicative which was appreciated. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks, Colleen!
