The patio is literally on the Boardwalk where you will be sitting just steps to the Beach + Bay. Not to mention the convenience of having the main street, Marine Ave., just around the corner where you can walk to all the shops, restaurants + sweet treats (the famous frozen bananas at Dad's Donuts)
The home is a duplex, but you will have access to both lower and upper level apartments (no indoor staircase). Both floors have a fully remodeled and equipped kitchen, perfect for large groups and families.
The lower level (ground floor) has 2 full bathrooms (one with laundry area), and 3 bedrooms. Tile and Wood floors throughout. Walk right out to your private patio on the boardwalk. New turf and lounge furniture to relax from sun up to sun down.
The upper level has three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms bathrooms (one with a laundry area). The Master bedroom consists of a King Bed and a trundle bed. Second Bedroom has a King bed and the third bedroom is perfect for kids with 4 single beds. Access to the rooftop through a ladder with tremendous views of the Newport Bay. The kitchen is fully remodeled and the spacious living/dining room opens up to another amazing view of the bay with a balcony.

This property is absolutely awesome. Perfect location on the boardwalk and steps to Marine Ave. paddle boards were so much fun and the house was clean and spacious. Nikki was awesome to work with and answered all my questions before and during our stay. Highly recommend!!!

Great place and location. Nikki was excellent to work with and very accommodating! Home was well-equipped and had a lot of extras which made our stay extra-special🏖️. The use of the beach equipment was fabulous, especially with a large family in tow!!

Property worked well for a group our size [16]. It was clean, ideally located on Balboa Island and Nikki was great to work with.
