About this house rental
Our family has spent over 30 years of vacations at Newport Beach in Balboa and we plan to continue the family tradition! We own a private residence on Peninsula Point and offer it for weekly rentals in the summer and weekly/monthly rentals in the winter.
The house was completely rebuilt in 2015 from the sand up!! It is located in a quaint, quiet, residential neighborhood, home to some of the most beautiful and expensive homes on the bay and ocean fronts in all of Newport Beach.

House was as described and super clean when we arrived! House had all the amenities for the beach as well. Boogie boards, canopy, chairs, you name it! Host was amazing from day 1, quick response time.
