This is a perfect location on balboa island. Short walk to restaurants and shops.Very short walk to the waterfront, beautiful walking all around both islands.Easy access to the ferry and a great front porch.For people watching

Our stay was wonderful! My grandchildren love to play in the sand and this house is 1 block from the sand. It is also 1 block from the town. It was very convenient to walk to Wilma’s Patio restaurant. They have a children’s menu and the prices are decent. The check in and check out were easy. There is a garage and laundry room. It was great and we will go back again.

The location was awesome. Loved our stay. The place was just right for our family. (parking in garage required creative angling, however it worked out great for us). We'd stay here again.
