The Bob Creek Studio is perfect for a romantic getaway, located just across the road from the crashing waves of Bob Creek Beach, a beach famous for its world class agate hunting, tide pools, secret caves, and spectacular sunsets.
Nestled in the forest beside Bob Creek, this self-contained open concept studio has a bedroom and kitchenette with all the essentials, plus a stylish, well designed and well equipped bathroom featuring a 2 person soaking tub and a dual head shower. For families, the studio also has an open loft with 2 twin beds.
The Bob Creek Studio is located 5 miles south of downtown Yachats, on the Siuslaw National Forest,with countless outdoor activity choices. On the property, explore Bob Creek and possibly spot its elusive river otter family, or stroll across the street to the beach to explore tide pools and catch the sunset. The surrounding area is abundant in scenic hiking trails and must-see spots such as Thor’s Well (2.6 mi), Cape Perpetua (2.9 mi), Devil's Churn (3.4 mi) and the iconic Heceta Head Lighthouse (8.5 mi). At the Bob Creek Studio, you’ll discover why visitors and locals alike find Yachats to be a magical place.
PLEASE NOTE THESE KEY DETAILS: This Bob Creek Studio shares the property and a common driveway with the Bob Creek Cabin which is also a Sea-Nik rental. The Studio is completely detached and has its own entrance. The two rentals also have separate parking areas; 1 vehicle is permitted for The Studio. The Bob Creek Cabin can be rented separately be visiting VRBO listing #2717449.
Please be advised that there is no cell service at Bob Creek so WIFI must be used to make calls.
Due to our rural location, internet service is provided via DSL with the following performance expectations:
Typical Download Speed: 20 Mbps
Typical Upload Speed: 1 Mbps
Typical Latency: 15 ms
With these speeds, you can expect to be able to stream a show or make a WIFI phone call or text. However, internet performance will be significantly degraded by upload activities such as auto syncing photos and video from your mobile phone to iCloud or Google Photos. Typically mobile phones are set to auto sync, so please be aware of this usage. We recommend disabling these auto sync functions if you experience bandwidth issues.

It was a beautiful space on an amazing piece of property. We really enjoyed the creek. The house had everything we needed.

This cottage was perfect for a quick honeymoon getaway. There are many local shops in Florence and Yahaats to enjoy. There is a bounty of restaurants to try and many places to explore. I'm glad we brought our own pillows for the ones provided can flatten rather quickly. There is Wi-Fi for guests that is strong as there is no cell service here. There is an induction cooktop for guests to use along with two pans (we didn't know about this and brought our camping stove which we obviously didnt need)
