This third floor corner condo offers all the comforts of home - and then some! The cozy living room boasts smooth leather furniture, framed travel posters, an electric fireplace, a large flat screen TV, cable, and a DVD player. Butter up some popcorn and settle in for a night of your favorite movies. There's a coffee table to hold drinks and snacks - you could even spread a board game out for a fun after-dinner activity.
And don't miss viewing a vibrant sunset from out on the deck! Use the gas grill to cook up a feast or just enjoy a glass of wine while you watch the Suislaw River come and go with the tide. From here, you'll also have a great view of the Oregon Dunes. In the morning, fill up a mug with coffee and come out here with your laptop and use the WiFi to check email.
If you don't feel like preparing an outdoor meal, the full kitchen has everything you'll need for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. From the shiny stainless steel appliances to the gorgeous granite countertops, preparing meals here will be a joy. When you do sit down to eat, you'll be treated to more of those amazing river views.

This location is ideal for a couples getaway. It is in a perfect location for walking to Old Florence and it's shops, restaurants and entertainment. The view from the balcony provides tranquility.

There were a few things that could’ve been a little better. The glass panels on the deck were kinda covered in cobwebs, looked a little neglected. Trash and dirt on the floor area outside the entrance, again looking a little neglected. Silverware in the drawer had food stuck on them so I hand washed enough plates, bowls, mugs, glasses, silverware for us to just use over and over during our stay to be sure what we used was clean. Everything else was great. The contact person Terra and a maintenance guy Jeremy were extremely helpful. Loved the location, great access to Old Town shops and restaurants. Loved the view (through the cobwebs!). Bigger bed in the bedroom would be a plus. Since it’s a 1 bedroom, the bed should at least be a Queen size.

Great place to stay. Only issue we had was the noise of cars passing on the bridge outside - my hubby is a light sleeper - just a personal thing. Otherwise we loved it! Location is amazing for walking downtown shops and restaurants and traveling to hikes and sight seeing. Place was clean and all of the appliances, washer, etc were working.
