This memorable house is the perfect home base for your trip to Yachats. Created with your comfort in mind, and nestled in the heart of the Siuslaw Forest, our phenomenal property offers a terrific escape for guests. This newly remodeled single level house has all new furniture, flooring, cabinets, kitchenware and appliances. The home features 2 bedrooms with a king bed in the master and a full bed in the second bedroom. You will find comfort and relaxation after a day of exploring the many hiking trails and beaches. The quaint living room provides additional space with a cozy twin bed. You will enjoy the large oceanview dining area and living room. Whether you are outside enjoying the summer breeze or inside cozying up to watch the winter storms we hope you experience the magic of Yachats and the coastal comforts of this home! Please note: there is no direct beach access within walking distance, however there are all kinds of beach areas to explore within a few miles by car.

Great quiet location with plenty of room! Perfectly maintained and well kept, getting in touch with property management is easy they respond as quick as they can. The first time we were looking for the location the app gave is the wrong address but looking up the address on maps fixed that issue with no problem. Highly recommend spot to stay!

On our first night the smoke alarm started beeping at 2:30am. I contacted the owner and was told she could not get anyone there to take care of it until after noon tomorrow. She suggested taking the battery out or knocking down the alarm. I am 75 years old and I am not going to stand on a chair to do either of those suggestionsNeedless to say we did not get much sleep the rest of the night. I contacted the owner and said I felt I should get a partial refund on the first night. I have had no response from her. I am very disappointed in the way I have been treated.On the positive side the house was comfortable.
