The location was great because it was less than a block away from the Tube station so it was very easy to get in and out of the city. The beds were also very comfortable and the rooms were spacious. I did not use any of the extra services since I was not there for long but you could rent out different electronic devices, cleaning supplies etc.
The bathroom was small and the water pressure was not great. There wasn't any counter space either so be prepared for that if you need that when getting ready in the morning. However, despite this the bathroom was still clean and it provided what I needed for my stay, which is all I could have asked for.

The room was small but convenient and well furnished.
The heater. Even though we put on the highest temperature, it seemed not work well. The room was not warm enough. The bed was ok, we can sleep well. We just wanted the room to be warmer.
