Really clean and tidy and the facilities are good for a short stay. Good location for tubes, overground, restaurants and parks.
Noises from the guests which can’t be helped. You can also hear the tube slightly which I think you’ll get us to.

Great little find! So close to train station & beds were so comfy!
Proximity to other (usually noisy) guests however this would likely be unavoidable in most similar properties. Not really something the host can do much about unfortunately.

Location is good. Was clean , bring your own flips because the shower was a bit mouldy. The mattress on the double room need to be changed I could feel the springs on my back, I was lucky that the other guests were quiet otherwise you will hear it all. Above all , the place was ok.
