The person at the help desk was so accomodating. There are so many amenities that I didn't even get the chance to use them all. I appreciated that I had a dedicated spot to put my bicycle
The lead-up to the stay was a nightmare. The 'check-in' online portal where they have to scan your ID, and the pushy insistence of proving your student status or risk losing the booking were unnerving. It was like applying for a visa! They did this 3 days before the trip, which is so stressful. To cancel a booking so close to the date of the trip is violence. You shouldn't be able to list on here if you have such restrictions that you enforce so strictly. Or you should ensure the student status of the guest before completing the booking.

Buena relación-precio, zona tranquila (silenciosa por la noche), autonomía al entrar y salir y gestionar el estudio (es como tener un pequeño apartamento a tu cargo). El estudio estaba limpio, era cómodo y espacioso. Y contar con una cocina en el interior ha sido un lujo (con precio similar a otras opciones sin cocina)
No hay recepcionista, excepto algún Sábado a la mañana (se recogen y dejan las llaves en un buzón)
Está en una zona tranquila, pero un poco alejada de cafeterías o grandes servicios (10 min, caminando)

It was.convenient having the kitchen and bathroom in the room
Missing in the room 307: toilet brush, shower pipe blocked and sheets were uncomfortable.
In room 208 the flush of the toilet didn't work.
At the begininng we had issues collecting keys and we waited for 1 hour because the key code was invalid.
