very warm on a cold winter's night/ free tea and coffee
I don't use a mobile. I informed the hotel of this several times and asked them to send me a text with all the self check-in details which are only sent at 2pm on the day of your check-in via my Booking.com account. They didn't reply once and I had to go to some trouble to access my check-in details. on the day never having had my details texted to me.. Shabby treatment in the age of 24/7 communication systems.
