For sure it was the location, which is very convenient. I also liked having my own kitchen to prepare my meals.
I thought sharing the toilet would be my main issue, but it was the least pf my problems. I believe the flat could be improved with a TV set, mirror and a coffee machine. Also, the fridge is very noisy and affected my sleep. You can also hear every single step the other occupants take, you can hear talks… I know this part is not the hostess fault, but better be prepared.

Great location close to many sites and multiple tube stations. Very friendly host. Easy and fast check in. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. The rooms were basic and nice - nothing fancy. Blankets and pillows were good enough.
Bathroom/shower situation is a bit annoying. There is often a wait when rooms all rooms have two or three people. The walls are also very thin so you can hear everything from the other rooms and from outside.

The apartment itself was stunning, but what truly elevated the experience was the host. From the moment I booked, the communication was seamless, proactive, and genuinely warm.
Hannah was incredibly responsive without being intrusive—the perfect balance of professional and personable.
The "X-Factor": It’s rare to find a host who cares this much about the guest experience. She went above and beyond to accommodate a late check-in, turning what could have been a stressful travel day into a breeze.
If you’re looking for a stay where you feel like a valued guest rather than just another reservation, look no further. I cannot recommend this host enough!

Great location. Good price.
Noisy: bathroom was above my room, you hear every step, doors closing, people talking in corridor. Someone showered at 3am in the morning. Bathroom: only one for five room, had to wait as bathroom was occupied, ceiling starts to show mold. Cleaniness ok. 5 rooms, five guests that you don't know in a small house. I didnt feel that confortable.
