Great! Really clean and comfortable. Super well located - central and well connected by tube, bus and train. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and secure the whole time.

Great location. Room and shared spaces were very clean. Seamless check in and check out process; received the code right at check-in time.
A bit loud at night since there was a pub beneath.

Location is perfect
Comfy beds
Whilst most of the the flat is clean. A lot of grime was on the shower head - could do with a good scrub
Also consideration for check out beyond 10am would be helpful

The location was really good and we were happy that there was a washing machine.
The furniture was not in a great condition and the room was badly soundproofed.
