Great location, very friendly owner, you are close to everything: beach, supermarket, bus stops, pharmacy, bakery. I would definitely come back again and stay here.

Pěkný a útulný byt, dobrá klimatizace, balkón s pěkným výhledem na pevnost, vybavená kuchyňka, sušák na prádlo, sprchový kout, velký stůl vhodný k hraní deskových her, pohodlné postele, možnost vyprat si prádlo, obchod, pekárna a autobus za rohem.

The host is really friendly. Messaged and received us. Explained everything.
The location is nice. It's a 12 minute walk to the closest beach.
There are two supermarkets around the corner.
There isn't much space but it was more than enough for three people.
I'd come back!

Хозяин был очень приветлив. Расположение немного отдалённое от центра Ниццы, но автобусная остановка в 4 минутах от квартиры и дорога занимает около 15 минут. Вся техника в доме исправна, хотя и не новая, но нас это абсолютно не смутило. Рядом есть магазин и пляж, что тоже очень нас порадовало, но до крупного супермаркета нужно проехать несколько остановок. Единственным минусом стала плохая звукоизоляция, но так как нас почти не было дома, то и это не испортило нам настроение. Кроме всего прочего хозяин позволил нам выехать из апартаментов немного позже, так как мы не успели сложить все вещи. Мы модем рекомендовать 👍👍👍
