Located 600 meters from Villefranche beach and the old town, this 90 m2 detached house, surrounded by a garden, offers magnificent views of the sea, Cap Ferrat and the harbor of Villefranche. It is reached by a staircase of approximately 10 meters in height.
It is located two kilometers from Nice, Beaulieu and Saint Jean Cap Ferrat.
Besides the pleasures of the beach, it is ideally located for tourism: Eze, Menton, Monaco and Italy are around 30 minutes by car. Frequent trains and buses connect these destinations
It is suitable for a family of four. The two bedrooms are furnished with 140 x 190 cm beds.
Living room, dining room and equipped kitchen provide good comfort for the holidays
A bathroom with WC and a second WC are available

Location, location, location! We fell in love with Villefranche and this cutie bungalow was perfect for our needs. Yes the stairs getting to the bungalow were a lot but we enjoyed the workout and if you want the gorgeous Mediterranean view, you want to be uphill. Marie is a lovely host and Marjorie was a great contact for the check-in procedure and departure as well as during our stay. Both were very prompt getting back with any questions.

The property has everything you need and a beautiful wrap around garden. I highly recommend for a wonderful stay in a beautiful area.

Amazing view from the house over the bay of villefranche- jst couldn’t stop looking at it! It was a wonderful comfortable retreat - very quiet as you are quite high up away from the town- a bonus. It’s a lovely town with fabulous places to eat and so close to Nice and St Jean Cap Ferrat with great walks. A great find!

The house has a very nice view but wasnt clean properly when we arrived,we found a lot of spider web, sanitary mapkin in the shower which was disgusting! Also the owner ask us to put wster in her plants wich we did as we dont mind but at the end of our stay she let her pay extra money for the electricity consumption, in the advert it wad clearly mentionned that there were AC and she let us pay extra money 14 euros wich is not a lot but still she didnt find it fair specially whent you see the house wadnt clean properly
