The large balcony with a view of the bay is the highlight! It was clean, bright and spacious for four. In addition, Sandrine from the property management company was very kind and helpful.
Nothing really, but the water pressure could have been stronger. The steps up to it from the village are a lot, but worth it however I would highly suggest an Uber after picking up the keys in town if you have luggage.

L'emplacement de la location est parfait et offre de nombreuses possibilités pour visiter la région. La terrasse offre une vue magnifique. Les balades sont accessibles à pieds. La rue offre également des places gratuites pour garer la voiture. La personne qui nous a accueillis à l'agence était fort sympathique, disponible, très à l'écoute, aux petits soins pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux, en un mot, très professionnelle.

The apartment view is superb from the balcony, looking out over the stunning Villefranche bay to Cap Ferrat and beyond. It's a great vantage point and gives a great sense of the town, marina and beaches you can head down to. The standard of bars, restaurants and food is great. Access to other resorts along the coast is easy, particularly by train from the small station by the beach.
The apartment is 'ok', but somewhat sparse. The building overall feels quite tired now and (without going into detail here) there are bits that do need some attention. We had to ask for a couple of obvious issues to be dealt with during our stay but (whilst they were handled very quickly by a helpful agent) we really shouldn't have needed to point them out.
