Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, La Malmaison II is a 70 square metre holiday rental apartment with sea views. It has air conditioning in the master bedroom and living room. It is equipped to accommodate 4 people. You can enjoy its beautiful terrace with dining area and views of the sea and port.
The apartment consists of a fully equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms including 1 bedroom with 1 queen-size bed (160 cm) and the other with 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom with an Italian shower and a toilet.
The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants. Villefranche-sur-Mer and its 16th century Citadel, a historic monument, offer an exceptional and unexpected setting.
Possibility to park for free along the road WIFI Internet Pets not allowed A security deposit of €800 is collected directly by Riviera Holiday Homes via Swikly (secure credit card authorization, no charge is made). Not applicable to Airbnb bookings.

We enjoyed the apartment very much and the View from the Terrace is breathtaking. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone that would like to rent it. The Staff at Riviera Holiday Homes are extremely friendly and pleasant to deal with and are very accommodating, especially Sandrine and Lucienne.
I have made a few suggestions to Sandrine.

Check in was not easy due to lack of directions. There were ants in the apartment
