The JARDIN FIGUIERS is a holiday rental apartment located in Villefranche S/ Mer, with an area of 85 square meters and can accommodate 5 people. It is located on the ground floor of a beautiful residence with a swimming pool.
It consists of a fully equipped independent kitchen, a living dining room opening onto a furnished terrace with a dining area and sea view, a bedroom with 1 Queen Size bed and another bedroom with a sofa bed and a single bed, a bathroom with a shower and 2 toilets.
You will be a 10-minute walk from the first shops and the city centre. This town is very attractive with its antique market and its historic old town.

I had a wonderful stay in the apartment, with spectacular view on walking distance from everything in Villefranche.

Lovely spot and very convenient to town, we arrived late at night and got a taxi to the property which was a good thing as we would of had a hard time finding it at night by bus. The taxi was €55 but worth it. We got the bus and tram back when we knew are bearings it only cost us €3 each.

Lovely apartment, as described / pictured in the listing.
It's about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Villefranche and there are some hills but we enjoyed the exercise.
Apartment was clean, with a good king/queen size bed in one bedroom and 2 twins in the other. Kitchen was well equipped with all necessary utilities and equipment. Living room has 2 sides of the room with floor to ceiling windows, so beautifully light and sliding doors lead out onto the terrace with lawn.
TV had terrestrial French, but it had an Android TV box which had some apps that could be used e.g. Netflix/Disney + (if you have an account and are happy to add your account details).
Our young kids loved the pool which was huge and deep, but note that there are no sun loungers and only one bench round the pool so it wasn't the most comfortable if you weren't swimming yourself.
Only negative points about our stay were the heat at night and the mosquitoes. We got lots of bites both day and night, from mosquitoes and so mosquito repellent is absolutely essential.
Also there is no air conditioning in the flat, and without any nets on the windows you dared not open the windows for fear of being bitten by the bugs, so it got quite stuffy overnight.
All in all though it's a lovely part of the world and would recommend the apartment.

We had no expectations of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, but we have now made a mental note as a destination to return to in the future.
The apartment served our needs. Of any property, that I have rented short-term, it was the most well equipped. There were so many plates, glasses, and silver wear, that it was unnecessary to run the dishwasher, but twice the entire week. It was quite a hike to get to the waterfront of Villefranche-Sur-Mer, but we did not mind the exercise at all. If you are one, who likes exercise, this is your place. Check-in and Check out was handled without a hitch. We would definitely come back in the future.
