Located in Villefranche-sur-Mer, La Malmaison is a 70 square metre holiday rental apartment with sea views. In a quiet location, it will delight you. It has a large garden. It is air-conditioned and equipped to accommodate 4 people. You can also enjoy its beautiful terrace with dining area and views of the sea and the harbour.
The apartment includes a fully equipped open-plan kitchen overlooking the living room with dining area, 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 Queen size bed (160 cm) and the other with 2 single beds) as well as two bathrooms, one with shower and toilet and the other with bathtub and toilet (washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom).
The apartment is a 10-minute walk from beaches, shops and restaurants. Villefranche-sur-Mer and its 16th-century Citadel, a historic monument, offer an exceptional and unexpected setting.

we loved the Terrace, the view
Kitchen was not that well equipped. Problem with mosquitoes that impacted our stay. Another set of Keys would be helpful.

The location of the property was lovely overlooking the water and beach to the left. All amenities we wonderful. Close to the Zou train, grocery and shopping.

Lucienne and Sandrine were friendly, helpful and had excellent English skills. The flat may not be stylish,furnished to everyone's taste, and it isn't particularly well-stocked for cooking, entertaining etc. But the photos are a good representation, it was as described, it has a range of good-quality appliances, a sunny terrace, secure parking - and its location cannot be faulted, with good views eastwards over the Darse harbour and across this exceptionally pretty bay..

When we arrived we immediately noticed that the kitchen blind was in disrepair. Gradually we noticed that the stove fan was absolutely saturated with grease. The oven needed cleaning and the hot tub was unusable as it to was grimy. The terrace chairs shown in the photo were now worn and been replace by two modern loungers which-were not very comfortable. The table and chairs in the garden area also were not usable because they were dirty. The two subbed in the garden were not usable because the fabric was torn.
The shower drains were slow running as the seemed to be slightly blocked.
Some of the light needed bulbs replacing and some of the paint work was pealing.
We failed to get the TV to work as there seemed to be I signal.
The lounge furniture was nice and comfortable as was the bed and the view is really beautiful.
It would also be nice to have a folder with recommended restaurants and directions to the nearest Casino store.
All in all we enjoyed our stay but we’re disappointed in the condition of the property.
