Saint Briac sur Mer, charming house of 140m2 on 3 levels with sea view and completely renovated. Ideally located, with a large garden, close to the beaches (250m) and shops. 4 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single or double beds), 1 bathroom with double sink, shower and 1 bathroom with bath, shower and sink, 2 separate toilets.
Beautiful living room, bright living room, fully equipped kitchen.
Large south and west facing terrace, barbecue, garden tables and chairs, garden furniture, deckchairs.
