About this house rental
Your property includes: two farmhouses, the daytime one and the nighttime one. For the first, on the ground floor: a large living room with fireplace (wood provided) opening onto the 20 m² terrace, a kitchen-dining room, a toilet with washbasin. Upstairs: a games room, a bathroom, a toilet, a laundry room. For the second, divided between ground floor and floor: 6 bedrooms to accommodate up to 15 people, each with their own private bathroom, one of which is accessible to people with reduced mobility. Full description in the rental rooms below and in the photos. Garden of 2500 m² with: courtyard for wood and barbecue, enclosed relaxation area with heated and secure 8x12 m swimming pool, accessible from the end of April to the end of September near which is the relaxation lounge under the courtyard including toilets (shower and toilets). A carport (with electric charging socket) overlooks the street for one car. A parking space is also behind the night farmhouse. Stay in an old 18th century farmhouse of 400 m² completely renovated in 2020, all comfort with swimming pool, on the Emerald Coast! Indeed, while keeping the authenticity and typicality of the place of origin, this cottage with an atypical configuration exudes a certain cachet. As a large family or with friends, beautiful moments of idleness and laughter and perspective on the deckchairs by the pool or in sofa mode by the fireside. 5 kilometers away, the town of Ploubalay has all the necessary amenities: Carrefour Market, with fresh products from the region, services and shops as well as the Friday morning market. Straddling the countryside and the sea, the charm of the Emerald Coast will be only a stone's throw away: Saint-Cast Le Guildo (7.5 km), Saint Briac (12 km), Saint Jacut de la Mer (7 km ), Lancieux (8 km)... without forgetting the inland nuggets like Dinan (14 km) or Léhon which touches it along the banks of the Rance and its valley. The accommodation was ideal for our family gathering of 13 with age range 9 months to 74. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. The sitting room also spacious and comfortable. The grounds and pool area are delightful as so are the bedrooms. Plus the separate laundry facilities served us well. The location is good for beaches, sight exploring and provisions nearby. Thé crêperie in Ploubalay were very welcoming to our large group.

Our group of 5 to 6 couples meet once a year for a week. We come from the US, Scotland, So of France and Asia and we have been doing this since 2003.Le Clos couldn’t have been more ideal for us—the location, the two beautiful houses and gardens, the well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities and the property’s close proximity to medieval towns and seaside—made this year’s vacation very special one for our group. Our one regret is we didn’t use the lovely pool due to weather conditions.We did have difficulty locating the house initially—better signage will solve that issue.The owner’s representative was most helpful and pleasant to work with. We would gladly recommend this property to our friends.
