100 METERS FROM THE BEACH AND THE CITY CENTER, BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH SEA VIEW AND LARGE GARDEN IN QUIET
For one-off rental FROM SUMMER 2018:
This large and recently renovated villa is ideally located overlooking the large beach and the lively shopping center of Mielles de Saint-Cast.
It is decorated with a large garden of 2500m2 closed and nicely raised, a terrace and outdoor furniture for the meals and to relax.
Its living space of about 200m2 with a ground floor and 2 floors, including 5 rooms for 10 people (+1 baby umbrella bed), can spend a holiday with family or friends.
All rooms in the house have sea views:
- Ground floor terrace with large living room-dining room, kitchen bar open to the living room.
-On the 1st floor, corridor serving
1 very large room with balcony with 1 bed 160cm / 2 people (red room)
+ 1 large bedroom with 1 bed 140cm / 2 persons and a sink (ch .: purple)
+1 bedroom with 1 bed 140cm / 2 persons and a sink (ch.:blue)
+ 1 bathroom / bath-shower
+ 1 separate toilet
-On the 2nd floor, corridor serving
1 very large room with a bed 160cm / 2 persons and a sink (turquoise)
+ 1 large room with 2 beds of 90cm each / 2 people (ch.: Beige / pink)
+ 1 large bathroom with shower and wc corner.
1 folding bed / umbrella for baby-child available.
Electronic equipment:
Free WIFI, LCD TV, DVD player, PlayStation, IPhone-Ipad speaker-station.
-Nespresso machine + ice machine in kitchen.
-Cave in the basement and outside awning to extend the laundry to the shelter.
-Terrace and outdoor furniture: dining table with benches and chairs, armchairs, deckchairs and sun loungers.
-barbeque - grill and plancha.
-Location of parking for 3 cars in the garden.
-Extra charges to be paid before your stay by bank transfer or check:
100 euros minimum package for bed linen and towels according to the number of holidaymakers (15 euros per person).
- End of stay cleaning fee: 100 euros
- tourism and tourist tax: 0,50 cts / per day and per adult.
- Refundable deposit (check not cashed): 1200 euros

nous avons passé un bon séjour et en garderons un bon souvenir en dépit d'une météo très moyenne qui nous aurait fait apprécier l'utilisation d'un peu de chauffage à certains moments.
l'emplacement est très agréable ,il réclame toutefois une bonne forme physique pour les déplacements à pied ou en vélo en raison des déclivités .
En ce qui concerne l'équipement de la maison nous émettons une réserve sur la qualité de la literie .
Quelques autres équipements peuvent paraitre sous dimensionnés pour 10 personnes : la table du séjour ou celle exterieure (nous aurions été frustrés si le temps avait été beau......) , le frigidaire, les rangements disponibles dans les chambres.
Par ailleurs les lits faits à notre arrivée ont été très apprécié

Grande maison avec vue remarquable sur la mer décorée avec goût. Equipements récents. Idéal pour se retrouver entre amis (5 chambres).
