In the heart of the Loire Valley castles, this 109 m² farmhouse is 2 km from the village. Here you will find peace, nature, countryside, and a warm welcome. Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining room (sofa, digital TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi), kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer), 1 bedroom (2 single beds), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed each), shower room (washing machine, toilet), shower room, toilet. The cottage is not specifically adapted for people with disabilities. Electric heating (extra charge based on meter reading). Private enclosed garden (garden furniture, BBQ, swing set, 20 m² covered shelter). Non-smoking cottage. A new railbike track has recently opened in Château-la-Vallière, and an equestrian center is 500m from the cottage.
The La Flèche Zoo (approximately 38 km away) and Beauval Zoo (approximately 1 hour 30 minutes away) are nearby. You will be situated between the charming Loir Valley and the renowned Loire Valley. This restored farmhouse is an ideal place to recharge and explore the treasures of our region. Its spacious interior, two bathrooms, and amenities will ensure a peaceful stay. Tranquility and wide open spaces will characterize your stay in Touraine, and there will be plenty of opportunities for fun after a day full of discoveries, thanks to outdoor games for children and their parents. The proximity of the Côteaux du Loir, Bourgueil, and St-Nicolas-de-Bourgueil AOC vineyards, perfect for tasting our delicious Loire Valley wines, and the lakes of Rillé and Hommes, ideal for nature walks, water sports, or swimming, will create wonderful holiday memories.
