About this cottage rental
The "48 Hours in Le Mans" holiday cottage is located in the hamlet of La Haie, on a large property 20 minutes from Le Mans and 30 minutes from La Flèche and its famous zoo.
Nestled in lush greenery, guests can relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the surroundings. In a separate building adjoining the main house, the cottage is completely independent. It has its own entrance and private parking on a 300 m² enclosed plot.
Ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, 4-burner induction hob, electric oven, washing machine) with dining area and living area with a double sofa bed.
A separate living room that can be converted into a bedroom with a flat-screen TV and a double sofa bed. A separate toilet. A shower room with a shower and a sink. Upstairs: a large mezzanine bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.
High-speed fiber optic Wi-Fi. Beds made upon arrival. Towels provided. Underfloor heating and supplementary electric heating included. Garden furniture, barbecue… The €50 cleaning fee is highly recommended.
