In a quiet environment, between Angers, La Flèche and Tours, this bright and comfortable cottage is ideal for 6 people.
Completely renovated in 2023, you will be staying in this 70s house with a large garage on the ground floor and living rooms on the first floor. An ideal place for bikers!
[THINGS TO SEE / TO DO] Spend a pleasant day at the Zoo de la Flèche less than 30 minutes away, which lists 1,500 animals from Asia, Africa and America (discount on your entries available in the cottage). 20 minutes away, Baugé-en-Anjou also offers interesting visits with the 1675 apothecary and the Château de Baugé. The banks of the Loire are 30 minutes away. Also discover the vineyards of Saumurois, Bourgueil and Chinon nearby. Tours 50 minutes away, Angers 1 hour away.
On the 1st floor, very bright living room with open views of the countryside to the East and West. Comfortable dining area, small living room with connected television, fully fitted and equipped kitchen. You will have direct access from the living room to the 30 m² terrace on stilts. For the night area: 3 bedrooms (from 8.6 to 10m²) each with 1 bed of 140 x 190cm. The third bedroom also offers a bunk bed of 90x190cm in addition. Shower room with vanity unit and large Italian shower. Separate toilet.
The garden furniture available allows you to enjoy the pretty view of the fields from the terrace. In case of high heat, a second garden furniture is provided under the terrace to enjoy a shaded place on the ground floor.
The exterior part currently being developed is composed of 180m² of garden and 120m² of gravelled space. The 70m² garage is ideal for motorcyclists or cyclists to store their equipment safely. The perfect place also for the little ones to play in case of rain.
Parking on the property for 3 to 4 vehicles. Fully enclosed garden with gate. Wifi internet with fiber. Baby equipment with bed, nomadic seat and changing table. Not included in the price: end of stay cleaning: €90 / rental of towels: €5/pers. / rental of bed linen: €10/bed.
