Nous avons apprécié le logement qui était agréable, très propre, bien équipé, on s’y sent bien comme à la maison, tout y est.
Il y a même 2 toilettes, 1 au rdc et 1 à l’étage.
Le logement est au calme, il se trouve sur une voie à sens unique.
La propriétaire est très sympathique.
Si l’occasion se présente, on reviendra avec plaisir, en espérant qu'il fera beau pour profiter de la terrasse qui donne sur le jardin.

Smooth check in, found thoughtful breakfast items like milk & yogurth, butter, brioche, jams and honey. The house is quiet, comfortable and in a great location to reach the university campus as much as the city center. Both are within 30min walking distance, or 10min away by tram. Supermarket, pharmacy, bakery and butcher all all also within 10min walking distance. Would definitely return when visiting again Le Mans.

Très propre, tout à disposition, on arrive on a juste à poser les valises, les linges de chambres + serviettes fournies ainsi que pour le petit déjeuner avec lait, café, jus d’orange et même une brioche. Et surtout meilleur rapport qualité prix et de loin
