Parking was good, great sea view and close to everything
A little pricey and didn’t include breakfast, but assume that is the price for good location and parking included, we bought breakfast and it was very good, service was excellent.

The breakfast was served quickly. Plenty of choice. Plus gluten free and vegan options. The location was great for the shops, beach and walking distance to the marina. I would recommend this accommodation. Very clean x

Lovely place to stay within walking distance of the theatre, shops and pier
Lovely room very clean loved all the extras ie slippers, dressing gowns, toiletries and biscuits.
Lovely shower.
Parking in Brighton is a nightmare so to have parking on site was fantastic.
Would definitely rebook when we come back.
