I really enjoyed my stay. The facilities were great, especially the spa and pool.
Everything was good, no major issues.
There was a red mark in my room that seemed to have been missed during cleaning.

The spa facilities were amazing. The hotel had also provided a couple of sweet treats for our anniversary.
The room had a few issues, couple of broken panels in blinds and the electric had tripped, meaning the plugs available in room were not working but this was fixed as soon as reported.

Spa was lovely
Having to wait 45 minutes past check in to get into the room! Being told my room was not ready without an apology. Being told I would not be charged the additional fee for the spa which was not made clear when booking only to be charged for the spa facilities on check out without staff informing me of what had been charged. Although the room was very clean and looked very nice it was so small in comparison to other room of the same price! Which would have changed which hotel I would have booked! The lift was also out of use and we were on the fourth floor!
