Very friendly staff, very welcoming.
Quick to check us in, explained everything clearly.
The beds aren't the most comfortable, BUT for the price we paid - £65 for a single room - we got our own spaces and private bathrooms close to the city centre, you can't complain too much

Very helpful and accommodating staff. We were there for the marathon and they stored our luggage and let us use facilities after the race. The cleanliness was outstanding.
The beds were a little hard and no chair or small table in the room.

The location, friendly staff
The room felt like a prison cell, it was very basic. The beds were very very hard and uncomfortable worst sleep of my life. No tv , no chair or table. I booked this place due to late arrival it wasn’t value for money at all. You are basically paying for the location.
