We didn't have breakfast.
Great location within walking distance of Brighton city centre.
Much quieter than we had expected.
Great pubs/bars in close proximity.
The bathroom door didn't close properly, with minor adjustment it would have been perfect.

Very close to all amenities and so close to the beach. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. Any staff we saw were very friendly.

Very clean and located close to the beach and great restaurants
No lift so been on the top floor was a long climb.
Parking isn't that easy or cheap

The location and the access to main central tourists spots.
The hygiene. There was hair all over the floor and a lot of dust. Which was also around the hob.
