Breakfast was okay, but really nothing special
The hotel was okay, but still a little dated and tired in places

lovely location, grounds and internal spaced decorated nicely
We had no hot water and the air conditioning was really very poorly maintained, on the hottest day of the year. The room itself needs some tlc dated and signs if alot of wear and tear (wardrobe doors warped and would not close, bathroom tiles cracked, no toilet brush, spare pillows were old used ones and very lumpy!)
